Model 15-558S-01 tank cars are designed to be used within a general-purpose rolling stock to hold and carry liquid oxygen, nitrogen or argon.
These tank cars can be transported with the vapor valve open or closed. Transportation with the closed vapor valve (with an actuated vent valve) guarantees that good condition of the lading will be maintained up to 30 days.
The transfer of the lading is performed on both sides of a car.
A tank car consists of the following parts:
- cryogenic tank with a vaporizer;
- flat railway platform with Model 18-100 two-axle bogies.
The cryogenic tank consists of the following parts:
- inner tank constructed from 12H18N10T steel;
- tight outer jacket constructed from 09G2S mild steel
- valve cabinet with cryogenic bellows shut-off valves, controls, and gages;
- evacuated fiberglass insulation system (annular space between the inner tank and outer jacket).
* Currently, modernization of the tank car is being considered to allow shipping liquefied natural gas (LNG) and liquid ethylene

These steel horizontal vessels are used for storage of liquefied carbohydrate gases: propane, butane and propane-butane mixtures (LPG). Both single- and double-wall vessels for above- and underground installation are manufactured.
The vessels are loaded from the top.
The vessels are unloaded from the bottom (with a pump or by pressing-out). Usage: for equipping gas supply systems of gas filling stations and gas pumping stations, autonomous gasification of small production facilities, cottages and country houses.
The vessels are delivered either by motorway or railway transport.
Preservation: gaseous nitrogen or air, pressure: 0.03..0.05 MPa.
The inner surface of the vessel is covered with “METAS-ANTIKOR” anti-corrosion coating.
Upon the Customer’s request, it is possible to cover the outer surface of the vessel with anti-corrosive mastics.
The vessels have a certificate of compliance and Rostekhnadzor Permit to Use.
These are cylindrical horizontal two-wall vessels with one, two or three chambers and forged bottoms, as well as one or two double partitions between the chambers used for underground and surface storage of both gasoline and diesel fuel at fuel stations. Vessels are designed for internal pressure of 0.03 MPa and interwall space pressure of 0.015 MPa.
The vessels are equipped with manholes with removable covers (for inspection and maintenance) and welded covers (for installation of process pipelines and installation of submersible pumps if necessary).
The welded manhole covers have the following ports for mounting of the following elements during installation:
- a fuel drain pipeline,
- a pipeline for delivery of fuels to fuel dispensers,
- a bottom water pipeline,
- a recirculation fitting,
- a fitting for intake of vapors from fuel dispensers.
The removable manhole covers are equipped with the following:
- a flange for installation of measurement system sensors,
- a connection for pressurization of the vessel with gaseous nitrogen in accordance with the requirements of Fire Regulations 11-98 and control of interwall space,
- a fitting for supply of washing solution or nitrogen,
- a fitting for staff gauges.
Around each manhole, there are collar-pieces for coupling with wells in the course of underground installation of the vessel, and each chamber is equipped with a ladder inside. Inner surface of the vessel at the height up to 150 mm from the lower generator is covered with anti-corrosion coating TsVES (cold galvanization, the remaining part of the vessel is covered with anti-corrosion grease).

Upon the Customer’s requirement, all vessels may be equipped with process equipment for different types of fuel stations (water tank blocks, fuel drain and distribution blocks, recirculation blocks, aspiration valve blocks, nitrogen pressurization systems, wells with spark-proof covers, fasteners, pipelines, valves, etc.).
The vessels comply with fire safety standards of the Fire Regulations 111-98 and requirements of 3615-003-07521146-00). The equipment is certified within the framework of GOST R certification system and has a Rostekhnadzor Permit to Use.
Process equipment manufactured by OJSC “Uralcryomash” allows performing all fuel draining and distribution operations at fuel stations.
Process Equipment:
